This is the story of Paul Weyrich, beloved among Mammon's minions.

He was just a demon with a
pitchfork and a dream
To corrupt a whole religion
til it fit in his schemes
Paul Weyrich saw Dr. King
pursuing his dream
While Goldwater fought for businessmen
to pocket more cheese, and said,

"What if God was on
the side of the bosses?
And his Holy Dominion
could could counteract Lyndon Johnson
and Roosevelt’s mild accomplishments
at tending this flock
and make the White House like a throne
wherein a man like a god sits?"

Maybe secular knowledge
just might ignite their wrath

inside their science class
Sexual depravity’s
running rampant and rising fast!"

But Mammon’s servants are tireless

Activist judges love
softening up your steeples, huh?
"Separate but equal
ain't really equal", huh?
Your lil private schools is
running into legal stuff
Feds wanna darken your
student body with negroes huh?

And that's not what the
parents pay tuition for
Public school’s free,
diversity is not your mission
You're a charitable organization
(at least for white kids)
Now DC elites
say that definition ain't quite it

So Uncle Sam is out here
blocking your blessings it seems

plan to to recapture your green
His friend Mammon

Jerry Falwell wouldn't LIE, right?!
Weyrich’s legion of demons
all solid guys right?
Engaged in money making exploits
with Christ’s tithes
Corrupting church and the government
with their White lies

Heal thyself!
Still too busy tryna rebuild thy wealth
When that day or hour comes
you will reveal thyselfishness
And the LORD sees all,

Repent today and find the mercy

The modern church’s greatest enemy
and probable bane
Was all of your projected hellfire
and faucets of hate,
targeted gays with rabid apathy and
dawdled on AIDS
ain't gon be no ambiguity
when God throws you plagues.
