I planned to make 12 EPs this year. If you're reading this, I've now put out at least thrice the number of EPs as I had back on the first Friday of August. What comes after "thrice" anyway? Come back in two weeks, and we'll find out together!

Undertale references aside my friends, this is music, written back in June, in response to a ton of weird things. Apocalyptically weird. Unfortunately, since I've waited 2 whole months to actually put it out, none of the subject matter is relevant anymore. I'd like to say, from back here at the beginning of July, congratulations everybody on finally sheltering in place and containing COVID-19, finally bringing justice to Breonna Taylor and George Floyd's killers, as well as wrapping up 400 years of White Supremacy in the course of a single Summer! (Cue laughter into crying).

As I am writing this, on August 27, a major political party just exalted a pair of maladjusted firearm-wielding terrorists for threatening to veto a group of protesters' 1A rights with their own 2A rights. As that was happening, a kid young enough to be their grandchild got a ride from his mom to a city that isn't his to upgrade a scene of civil unrest into multiple homicides.

They see our demand that our lives be regarded as more sacred than property as such a capital offense, that they have no qualms risking jail time to personally carry out such a sentence. And those tasked with the prevention of crime and pursuit of lawbreakers openly refer to these terrorists as their allies, and will brazenly allow them to KKK-walk out of an active crime scene undisturbed.

I'm not writing this to say this is why we protest. We've been protesting non-stop forever.

I'm saying, this game doesn't appear to have a winnable "pacifist" route. So, perhaps we should stop treating the "neutral" route as if it's equivalent to the "genocide" route. As Asriel Dreemur himself says, "There are a lot of Floweys out there". (I really overinvested on this Undertale analogy, didn't I?)

In conclusion, be brave, but more importantly, stay safe, but also, for the sake of humanity itself, BE BRAVE.

P.S.
Within the lyrics of these 3 songs, I neglected to kill any billionaires or egregious capitalists, as has become the pattern on my projects. If it makes you feel better, you can pretend the 2nd person character in "Say Goodbye" is Herman Cain, a most egregious capitalist if there ever was one, who apparently wasn't too rich for the Rona.
