The greatest trick the Takers ever pulled, was convincing the world they were actually "Makers". But what did they make? Time machines. A device that twists one hundred existences into each second, so that they can offer a hundreth of the reimbursement to their labor force.

This is yet another form of war rain. A true Maker doesn't need underlings to bring their vision to life. A true Maker enlists experts, partners, friends, equals to bring form to their vision. Underlings are the workers of Tyrants. And all tyrants are Takers.
